Mission Statement
The Contemporary Skating Alliance supports the exploration and evolution of contemporary skating and movement on ice with respect and awareness of the environment and our imprint in the world.
The CSA stimulates a network of international contemporary skating companies and fosters the evolution of contemporary skating through research, education, self-development, performances, and exchanges.
By obtaining financial solutions, organizing resources, and cooperating with related institutions the CSA will strengthen the global movement of contemporary skating and support its development as an art form.
What we offer for companies
Network: CSA member companies have access to performers, choreographers, and contemporary skating artists to collaborate for projects, teach at events, and share best practices.
Exchange: The CSA creates platforms and opportunities for member companies to work together to develop and grow contemporary skating by combining resources to create events where we can learn and exchange.
Performance: CSA performances offer its member companies the chance to perform their choreography and art for both live and virtual audiences.
Education: CSA classes and events give a space for its member companies to share their mission, philosophy, and contemporary skating approach through conferences, festivals, projects, master classes, and virtual classes.
Promotion: Using the CSA’s audience, CSA member companies will be highlighted and promoted across all our media and website platforms.
