Become a member of the Contemporary Skating Alliance!
The mission of the Contemporary Skating Alliance is to support the exploration and evolution of contemporary skating and movement on ice and we work to achieve this goal by platforming the global companies that are doing ground-breaking work to elevate the discipline of contemporary skating. We are always looking to expand and welcome new companies and individuals to join us!
Company membership
Benefits of company membership include:
- A professional community that shares a common goal to expand the movement of art on ice. Companies will have the opportunity to network with each other, share ideas, and collaborate.
- Inclusion in the annual CSA Performing Arts Project. This gathering of contemporary skaters and professionals in the field gives companies the opportunity to present their works, explore new movement concepts with a bigger group of individuals from across the world or lead workshops sharing their approach. The exact format of the event changes each year.
- A 10% discount rate to all events hosted by member companies.
- Promotion of your current and upcoming projects and information about your company to increase your digital platform on CSA social media channels.
Membership fees:
- 50 euro per year + volunteer / working time
- 100 euro per year with no volunteer / working obligation
- *** Volunteer time includes helping on one of our sub-committees (Admin / Website / Funding, Events & Outreach, Social Media & Research). As a small non-profit organization we rely on the help of volunteers to make our mission possible!

Individual membership
We invite individuals who are passionate about contemporary skating to join us as members of the Contemporary Skating Alliance too!
Benefits of individual membership include:
- An invaluable network of like-minded individuals. Members will have the opportunity to meet other contemporary skaters, learn about the cutting-edge work that is being done across the world, and collaborate to expand the scope of their own creative practice.
- A 10% discount rate to attend all CSA events & to all events hosted by member companies.
- The opportunity to get involved in the internal structures of the CSA organisation.
Membership fees:
- 30 euro per year + volunteer / working time
- 60 euro per year with no volunteer / working obligation
- *** Volunteer time includes serving in one of our sub-committees (Admin / Website / Funding, Events & Outreach, Social Media & Research). As a small non-profit organization we rely on the help of volunteers to make our mission possible!
